In your free initial consultation, we'll discuss your desires & concerns, set realistic goals, and determine what you're willing and able to do to achieve them.

MOVEMENT SCREEN

To build a safe & effective exercise program

We'll go over several movements together to determine your starting point as well as see if there are any muscle imbalances that we need to address.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Twice weekly sessions

This will help you build some consistency as well as ensure you get the most out of your program.  These sessions will be personalized for you and your goals.

INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN

Built around your schedule & goals

You'll have a plan to follow for your time outside of sessions so you don't have to wonder and worry what you should be doing.

NUTRITION HABITS

Feel energized

Each week, you'll work on a nutrition habit to support your goals and your busy life.  This won't be a set of rigid rules or restrictions; rather, it will set you on the path for lifelong habits!

MINDSET

For lasting results

You'll also receive assignments to help improve your mindset.  Without a shift in the mind, you're more likely to fall back to your old habits.  These will set you on the path to life-changing results.
