You'll enter your workout info and add any videos you want to be reviewed right into the app. Jessica will check in with you weekly to help you stay on track, give you helpful tips, or make adjustments when needed.
BI-WEEKLY COACHING CALLS
Every other week, you have the option to schedule a Coaching Call with Jessica. These are 45-minute calls to help you work through any challenges and set you up for greater success in your program.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
That depends on how long you've been consistently training, how many days per week you can devote to your training, as well as many other lifestyle factors. Many people start to feel a difference in their bodies after the first month.
DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM?
No, although access to a gym does provide you with more equipment for building strength. I can create a program for at home or at the gym -- and we can change your program as needed if access to equipment changes. Myself and all of my current clients been doing our workouts at home for the last year due to the pandemic.
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR A HOME GYM?
I'm happy to offer suggestions for your specific goals once you get signed up. In the meantime, you can check out my blog post about how to set up a minimalist home gym.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GO ON VACATION OR SOMETHING ELSE COMES UP?
We will work together to figure out what will be the best plan for you. Some clients like to keep up with their workouts while on vacation while others like to take that time as a rest period.
WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A 3-MONTH COMMITMENT?
Over the years, I've found that's the minimum amount of time for clients to start seeing some results. I don't provide "quick fixes" for people -- I help them make lasting changes. Ideally, you'll stick with this for 6-12 months to get the best results.
WHY WOULD I CHOOSE ONLINE TRAINING OVER IN-PERSON TRAINING?
You're busy and don't want to schedule your sessions around the trainer's availability -- with online training you complete them when it's convenient for you.
It's more cost-effective -- you would likely pay $700 to over $1000 for in-person sessions at 3x per week, depending on the trainer and where you live.
With online training, you can train in the comfort of your home, a park, or at the gym of your choice.
You're someone who doesn't need a trainer watching your every move.
