HOW DOES IT WORK?

You'll have access to an easy-to-use online platform.  You'll check in with your daily practices and have access to resources to help support your new habits.  You'll also have a place to track your results so we can see how far you've come.

DAILY PRACTICES

Together, we'll choose daily practices for you to focus on.  You'll build powerful, life-changing habits around eating, sleeping, movement, stress-management, and more.

SUPPORT FROM YOUR COACH

You'll have daily accountability check-ins and access to message me at any time.  We'll also schedule Check-in Calls every other week -- these are virtual meetings where we review your past, adjust your program, and plan for the future.

I'm a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Nutrition Coach.  That means I've not only learned how food works in our body, but I've also learned how to coach people through change using a client-centered approach.

You're leading this journey. I'm just here as your guide, helping you navigate the challenges that come along.

 

SOME QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE

WILL YOU GIVE ME A MEAL PLAN?

No.  Meal plans can be great for short-term results, but I prefer to help people make lasting changes.  Instead of a meal plan, you'll get daily practices you can use for the rest of your life as well as helpful information and tips for implementing them.

DOES THIS PROGRAM WORK WITH VEGAN, PALEO, GLUTEN-FREE, [INSERT YOUR DIET HERE] DIETS?

Yes!  The great thing about this program is that it is easily adaptable to any style of eating.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

We'll determine what will work for you when we chat during your Intro Call.  There is a 3-month minimum commitment.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A 3-MONTH COMMITMENT?

Over the years, I've found that's the minimum amount of time for clients to start seeing some results.  I don't provide "quick fixes" for people -- I help them make lasting changes.  Ideally, you'll stick with this for 6-12 months to get the best results.

CAN YOU HELP ME MANAGE MY HEALTH CONDITIONS?

While making changes to your eating habits can certainly improve health conditions, I am not a Registered Dietitian.  I can, however, work in tandem with your Dietitian if you need extra support in implementing their recommendations.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Nutrition coaching only: $199/month

Nutrition coaching + workouts: $229/month

Nutrition coaching + online personal training: $329/month

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
