HOW IS JESSICA DEALING WITH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC?

Jessica is offering one-on-one virtual sessions via Zoom.  You'll be training in the comfort of your own home with Jessica guiding you in real-time.  Jessica's current clients are loving the extra social support and accountability!

HOW IS JESSICA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINERS?

Most trainers have spent all their lives being athletic.  Jessica was the kid who was picked last for teams in gym class and spent more time reading and drawing than playing any sports.  Jessica never would have dreamed that she would come to love fitness as much as she does now.  She understands how intimidating it can be to come into a gym, so she likes to provide a welcoming and supportive attitude for her clients.  She's also an ultrasound technologist and understands the physical demands of a fast-paced medical career.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

First, apply here.

Next, you'll receive a phone call lasting approximately 15 minutes to review your goals and give you an overview our programming to determine if we are a good fit.  If so, we'll schedule your Strategy Session.

WHAT IS THE STRATEGY SESSION?

The Strategy Session is your initial session, free of charge, and it allows me to learn about your goals, your current habits, and your history.  We will begin with a series of questions that will allow me to determine which program will be best for you.  We will discuss what your programming will look like and go over the pricing options together.  If we both feel like we are a good fit, I'll get you signed on and ready to start working toward your goals!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY STRATEGY SESSION?

Think about what you want from a coaching experience as well as what you want to achieve.  Chat with anyone who might be involved in making this decision (such as your partner or family member) so that you're both on the same page.

DOES IT COST EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nope!  Jessica provides nutrition guidance in the form of habit-based coaching.  Jessica doesn't use meal plans -- they are great for short-term success, but they don't help people with long-term success.  Jessica only works with people who are ready for lifelong change, not a quick fix.

WHAT WILL I DO FOR MY WORKOUTS WHEN I'M NOT TRAINING WITH YOU?

We will build a plan together that will take your schedule, abilities, and access to equipment into account.  Jessica can create workouts around traditional gyms, home gyms, parks, or no equipment at all!  She can also help you create a minimalist gym at your own home with very little equipment that will cost you less than a gym membership over the long-term.
